Step 1 – Download and Run Yumi: The best thing about this software is, it doesn’t need any setup to install in your computer. Step 3 – Formatting: Formatting is important, so make sure you take a proper backup of all your USBs Data because this software will need to format the drive for every first boot. Step 4 – Adding First Software or OS: To add some software or an operating system, first, you have to make sure that you have a proper ‘.iso’ file of that OS or bootable Software. I’m only saying this because Yumi only supports “.iso Files” for the boot transfer. Now, select the second step option and look for the Software/OS what you wanted to make it bootable in your pendrive. After that browse, the Software/OS .iso file on your computer by using third step option, then click on create and that’s it.
Step 5 – Adding Second Software/OS: Yumi can also be used for the single boot transfer only, but who what’s one. After when the Yumi get done with the first transfer, a pop-up will appear on the screen where you can select the option to add more ‘.iso files’ on the USB stick.
By clicking on “Yes” the software will take you to the Main Menu again where you just only need to repeat the whole steps again (for the second .ISO), but this time you really don’t need to re-format your drive again (just skip the forming part for every next boot transfer). After making the drive bootable, to use it, you’ll just need to change the Boot Setting in BIOS for your USB Stick or you can just quick Boot it from the BIOS’ Boot Menu.
